Formerly Cortez Addictions Recovery Services, our Cortez, Colorado clinic provides addiction and mental health services to the city of Cortez and Montezuma County in central Colorado. Our clinic offers court-ordered programs in conjunction with the 22nd and the 6th Judicial Districts, Montezuma County, La Plata County, CODOC Parole, and US Parole. We also offer counseling and psychiatric services, as well as medications for addiction treatment, including buprenorphine (Suboxone® and Sublocade) and naltrexone (Vivitrol).
