Front Range Clinic only has one Colorado Springs drug addiction clinic, but our team is still dedicated to helping the entire community. Located off of Austin Bluffs, our Colorado Springs Suboxone® doctors and administrative staff work hard to help individuals struggling with various addictions. The Colorado Springs drug addiction clinic provides support to El Paso County and surrounding communities, including Fountain & Woodland Park.

Call our Colorado Springs team at (866) 394-6123 or submit a contact form online. We'll answer your questions, explain how MAT works, and help you understand your next steps, with no pressure and no commitment to enroll.
We'll verify your insurance benefits, usually the same day. Most of our Colorado Springs clients pay little or nothing out of pocket with Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial coverage. Once benefits are confirmed, we schedule your first appointment at a time that works for you.
At your first visit, one of our clinicians completes a confidential assessment of your history, goals, and any co-occurring conditions. Together, you'll build an individualized treatment plan. You can learn more in our what to expect guide.
If medication is part of your plan, we can often start the same day as your assessment. You'll meet your counselor, set a schedule for follow-up visits, and begin your recovery work with a consistent care team.
Recovery isn't a single appointment. We offer continued medication management, counseling, and psychiatric care for as long as you need it, with the flexibility to move between in-person, mobile, and telehealth visits when life changes.
Our vision for Colorado Springs is to foster a community where treatment for addiction and mental health disorders is readily accessible and approached with the highest respect and dignity. We are dedicated to breaking down the barriers to treatment and enhancing the community's understanding of these important issues.
If you or someone you know is in need of support for addiction or mental health concerns, our Colorado Springs Clinic is here to help. Contact us today to learn more about our programs and how we can assist you or your loved one on the journey to recovery.
How soon can I start treatment at the Colorado Springs clinic?
In many cases, we can complete an initial assessment and begin treatment the same day, especially when a medication like Suboxone is clinically appropriate. Call us at (866) 394-6123 to check current availability at our Colorado Springs location.
Do I need a referral to come to Porch Light Health?
No. Most of our clients come to us directly without a referral. If you were referred by a provider, community partner, or loved one, we're happy to coordinate with them when you'd like us to.
Is MAT just replacing one drug with another?
MAT uses FDA-approved medications at therapeutic doses under medical supervision, which is clinically distinct from active substance use. Research suggests MAT can help reduce cravings, support stability, and lower the risk of overdose. Our clinicians can walk you through how it works and whether it may be a fit for your situation.
Will my visits be confidential?
Yes. Addiction treatment records are protected under both HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, a federal regulation that provides additional confidentiality protections specific to substance use disorder care. We don't share your information without written consent, outside of narrow legal exceptions.
Can I do treatment virtually if I live in Colorado Springs?
Yes. Many of our Colorado Springs clients use a combination of in-person and virtual visits depending on what fits their week. You can also participate in a fully virtual outpatient track if that works better for your life.
What if I'm reaching out for my child or a loved one?
You're welcome to call on behalf of someone else. We can explain our adolescent and adult programs, walk through your questions, and help you think through how to start the conversation.
