Substance use disorders increasingly intersect with primary care, behavioral health, emergency medicine and community practice.
Porch Light Health University (PLHU) provides accredited continuing education designed to help clinicians confidently integrate addiction medicine into real-world care settings.
Our Comprehensive Training in Addiction curriculum aims to give learners foundational knowledge and hands-on, must-have, real-world training to support medical professionals, counselors and recovery team members who see patients with substance use and mental health disorders. The modules target medical treatment, behavioral interventions and integration of care across healthcare, social services and criminal justice systems.
PLHU courses are designed for healthcare professionals seeking practical, evidence-based education in addiction medicine and substance use disorder treatment.

As Former Chief Medical Officer of Porch Light Health, Dr. Dubin helped develop and mentor a network of medical providers delivering low-barrier, evidence-based addiction treatment across multi-site clinical operations.
Under his academic oversight, PLHU modules feature contributions from more than a dozen subject matter experts in substance use disorder treatment across medical and behavioral health disciplines.
PLHU education reflects academic rigor, multidisciplinary collaboration, and practical implementation at scale.
Note: All other learners will receive a Certificate of Completion.
